As the interest and demand in the professional female sports space continues to grow at an exponential rate, so does the driving of commercial dollars as more brands move to support female and gender diverse sports and athletes. Being the first management agency in Australia to solely represent female and gender diverse talent, More Than Management already has established an extensive commercial network, strong relationships with key stakeholders and knowledge of the brands and partnerships willing to invest in and support women’s sports.

As investment into this space continues to grow we are well positioned to identify and initiate untapped potential and new commercial opportunities on behalf of our talent, across the media and sporting landscape. We take away the worry of the athlete having to deal with commercial brands directly, handling any deals and negotiations on behalf of our talent, allowing them to get on with their main priority of focusing on their sport and being the best athlete they can be.

MTM have been nothing but supportive ahead of the 2023 draft. Mel guides Shineah through balancing school with training and assists her in choosing what studies might assist her in her post football career. Whilst Alex and Charlie have travelled to SA, putting in extra effort to get to know our family face to face. This really highlights they are there for their players personally and ensures they have their best interests at heart.

Having not experienced the AFLW landscape, MTM provided incredible guidance and communication throughout the draft and beyond.
